I don't know that an 18 foot Ranger fits in a 21 foot garage. Once you look at how much space the engine takes up, and the tongue, even with a swing away hitch, that's a tough space to fit.

I had an 18 footer in a 23 foot garage, swing away tongue. I think I had like 20-22 inches to spare. Taking off 24 inches makes that one pretty tough.

Putting it in at a little angle would help the issue, though.
