my Ulterra took a crap yesterday... when I hit the deploy button the arm went out, but it did not scissor...so it's in the shop.


Can you let us know what ends up being the issue? Wondering if this is just coincidental timing or something that was actually caused by the weather.

Mine worked flawlessly during my fall trip to Canada, but the weather ended up warmer than predicted and was only below freezing on one night.
