Is your boat glass or aluminum? I don't think it's that odd that you're running out of juice in a day running your motor on 5 or 6 if you have a glass boat loaded with 3 guys. 6 hours seems short, but all the guys I know that run 24V systems on 18' or bigger glass boats end up running low on juice at the end of a long day in either wind or current. If being underpowered is the problem, there are two solutions: 1) put a 36V system in, or 2) install one of the chargers that charge your TM batteries off the main motor
