I did some research on this last spring and the bass boat guys said Protec Sealer and then the Protec Showroom Conditioner was the way to go The Sealer is great but the conditioner was a waste of money and just smears water marks on my dark fiberglass. 25% vinegar is what I use when I take the boat out and it is sufficient. Going to get some Bassboat Saver since that gets a lot of good reviews.
