I had my trailer alignment checked and the tires balanced this spring too - that helped out a TON. It was surprising how much vibration the trailer was sending up to the truck. The alignment was fine, but it was clear that the tire balance was way out of whack. Pretty clear that it had never been done by the trailer company or by the boat company prior to delivery.
It's a cheap and easy step that might improve your ride.
