I think the dealer distance gives you your answer.

I bought a Honda because I wanted a motor that started every time, without any trouble ever. So far that's been my experience, and I haven't met anybody who didn't share the same experience. With that said, Suzuki supposedly makes great engines. I have no experience with them.

Did you consider yamaha?
