Location: Almond, WI		I'm having the same issue with my PD V2 right now. Charger new in May and batteries in June. Batteries are reading correct on my volt meter, charger appears to be functioning properly. Just bought a new breaker and hopefully that fixes it.

Helpful thread as I try to trouble shoot this.
