Location: minocqua, wi.		even when taking the pressure off there are times they don't want to detent into position when placing a rod ... silly tricks on using vs get the effing rod in and out quick. down-easters have been beaten hands down by tubes and folbe's. not to mention educating a guest on how to grab a rod ... i like being able to just say "hey, grab that rod" and be done with the discussion.
