Just figured it out. It is not that difficult but I am a fairly mechanical person.
Getting the shaft seals out was a pain in the rear and I never did figure out an easier way than hammering them out with a punch and screwdriver. Replaced the brush plate and running the wires can be tricky. Would maybe remove the shaft if I did it again. Armature was easy by pulling it out the front and having a second person hold the brushes out with fishing line around them while reinstalling. I am sure there are easier ways to do some of this but I couldn't figure them out lol.
Not trying to scare you but it is tedious and time consuming.
