Ditto to what BNelson said.
I've owned a few of both and used both a lot on 'big water'.They both get there but the 618 fishes better when you do.The 619 gets you there dryer and arguably a bit safer.Especially the 'new' 619 like I presently have.
A good modification to consider,certainly for your passengers sake,is to add a second console to your 618.A friend added one to my last 618,should never have sold it.
