I'm with Shep. But disagree about the vent holes as a blanket statement. 200 HPDI with all vent holes plugged here.

I thought the 3 blade did not hold it on plane at slow speeds? I'm willing to bet the motor needs to come up. I'm almost wrapped up in the process of testing a DAH Rev4 19 against my current Yamaha 21M. When I first swapped them the Rev4 was awful. Long story short, my motor was too low and the Rev4 has so much grip that it 'performed' poorly. The 3 blade slipped enough that the boat hull/physics could overcome the motor being too low. At least that is my novice opinion. I put a jackplate on and raised the motor over an inch (3' prop to pad now) and now the Rev4 is a beast. I also have seen improved performance in my original Yammy prop too.
