Thanks. I'm using a 21 tempest and the Rev 4 is 19. I wouldn't think that is it. Motor also turned a 22 small hub Hi 5 and never had this happen. Strange. Am I safe to say if it isn't in a bind spinning it by hand on the trailer, there is no axial movement of the prop on the shaft, I'm not in danger of it being a problem of "rubbing" against the gear case? I cannot see where that is evident of taking place.
