Well I got a Rev 4 to try. I put it on and the motor wanted to stall in the harbor when I would shift from f to r or vice versa. I though something may be in a bind, but I put the boat back on the trailer and it turned freely. I put the tempest back on and it would not repeat the stalling issue. Any ideas what would cause it? I used the same flotorque hub as the tempest.
