Hey everyone,

I have a Minnkota Powerdrive V2 US2/70lbs that currently is not working. It worked perfectly fine the last time I was out last Sunday. This past Friday evening I drove to the lake (through pretty heavy rain at times). When I got there, trolling motor was not working. Checked batteries, connections, etc. Tore stuff apart on Saturday morning, connections are fine, batteries are fine, etc. Tried another buddy's foot pedal...same thing...nothing.

I then went and got a new control board (about $110) and replaced that. Afterwards, now the motor turns left/right, but the prop on the trolling motor does not spin at all? Rechecked another buddy's pedal, still didn't work. I then opened the top of the trolling motor head cover, bypassed the power cables that go to the control panel and hooked it up to a jump pack and the propeller spins fine. So..at this point I am thoroughly confused without any ideas.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated. Headed to the Chippewa Flowage early Wednesday morning and like most I would rather repair this if possible than buy a new one. Doesn't look like many used ones are on here or craigslist.
