Steve that is a common issue. I fill the tank then fill the little tank in engine. Some people will forget to bleed the oil into the engine tank by venting that cap. The sensor is almost all the way up to the top of that little tank in the engine. Great advice!!!

I will check the oil level and impeller output when I get home. I was told that it could be oil or water impeller issue. Since it happens only a minute after start up I am leaning towards low oil. My old OPTI would beep 3 times when the oil was low. Hoping this new motor is just a single warning beep for low oil.
