I don't have a recommendation in your area but think most places will be expensive. It's a very time intensive project. I had a quote to re-carpet a 17 foot boat a couple years ago and it was approx $2500 to strip off the old carpet/glue, buy new carpet and have it installed. I decided not to buy the boat just for that reason...
