Check out MotorMate. This unit pretty much locks the mid shaft/lower unit to the motor mount itself. It really isolates the motor and reduces/eliminates the side to side shifting of the stick type transom savers.

I ran the old style until last year and my boat got the acid test of being towed from Indy to Hayward around I-294 and the alphabet roads of WI on its first trip. Very impressive.
