What is different with modern fishing compared to fishing back then?

Also if your thinking of turning the boat to a tiller that sounds like a lot of messing around to remove a console. I also feel 50hp would be underpowered. I have a 681 that had a 70 that took some time to plane. Not sure if 50 would do it.

Great hull fishs well. If price is right why not
