boat is rated for 200 right? why not a yammy or suzi 200 4 stroke? I'd definitely go to max hp if you are putting a 4 stroke on it (suzi will have 6 yrs of warranty)
or the verado 200 might be another good choice


Biggest reason is cost. I am not a "go-fast" guy and I am not worried about resale so I don't feel there is value in paying thousands extra to go a little faster. Mid 50s is fine for me. The cost of going from a 4-stroke 150 Merc to the 175 Verado was rather shocking. I am much more comfortable with the cost of the F175 considering the extended warranty.
