I have a 2100 and will try to get you some measurements when time allows. If you are worried about the windshield clearing a 7' garage door, there is plenty of room.
I have a 250XS and 9.9prokicker. With FULL load, full gas, livewell, three guys, ect... the boat runs around 50-53. I have not tried other props to get more speed ect... It is not the fastest boat on smooth water, but when it gets rough, this boat shines. I have pictures of a 2100 with and without the rear storage tanks. It is awesome Tuffy lets you choose. Check out the classifieds, mine is the grey fox/silver 2100, or drop me a pm if you would like some more photos or information.
