Have you ever tried to sell a boat? The first thing everyone does is come in and low ball the H-ll out of the asking price which forces people to drive up the asking price to compensate for that.
Just like on Shark Tank.
i've sold 4 boats, priced them right ... desirable boats and all went within a month and to people who still own them today and no haggling.
if you price a boat right and they will sell
