Location: Lake Elmo, MN		Have a 620 with the 4 bank charger, and know this situation.

Go out and buy a good multimeter and Lowes or Menards (about 20 bucks) and check the battery when fully charged. The multimeter will tell you with 100% confidence if it's a battery issue. If so....easy to fix.
