I have a 1750 Fishhawk and prefer it for most of its features, a large front deck and lower freeboard. The Fishhawk has an 11 degree V vs. the Superhawks 17 degree V, in simple terms this means the Superhawk should ride better, but will probably have a slower top speed with the same horsepower motor. The taller freeboard (sides) of the Superhawk will also catch the wind more. I have air ride pedestals in my boat, so the ride does not feel all that bad after all. With the lower freeboard ( Fishhawk) it is probably a wetter ride as well in 2 foot plus swells. I can tell you this though, regardless of which boat you choose, set up and correct weight distribution is critical for the best ride, speed and handling.
