If you fish long hard days (like I do a lot) you will notice a HUGE difference in an Odyssey battery (or equivalent). The Sears Die Hard Platinum is the exact same battery.
I currently run 4 in my boat (3 trolling and 1 starting....all group 31). My boat, electronics, and trolling motor, have never performed better.
I can stay out all day, and even forget to plug in.....and I'll still be able to run the next day.

Expensive ??....absolutely.
Worth it ?....only you can judge that. If you fish hard, and long and have lots of gear on board they are terrific.
