Blew the fuse on the trolling motor positive wire Monday.
Just got a chance to look at it yesterday.
They were old glass 40 amp fuses.
Changed to a 35 amp and my depth finder which is on the same line ran fine.
Switched on trolling motor and blew fuse right away.
Checked on line and the 55lb motor needs a 60 amp circuit breaker.
Hope to give this a go tonight.

The fuses were old and looked like moisture in the fuse holder.
35 amp is to small so we shall see.
Didn't find anything wrong with wiring.

Hope it's not the trolling motor.
