Don't forget what you"give up" when going with a fisk/ski or dual console model. Rod locker length is usually the first thing to get "downsized". Just a thought... I looked at several older f/s' and just couldn't bring myself (even on the 20+ footers) to give up the locker space. I have an 8 1/2 footer on my striper boat. Granted, it's windy. But on a nice summer day the family prefers the breeze blowing across the boat instead of being cooked behind glass. On the fishing days, I prefer the enormous floor space.
