I have two 859 Di's and they are a great unit for the money. As FYI...the DI doesn't work with US2. I learned this after getting the second for the bow. Some what frustrating to find out humminbird let this happen. I'm not sure if trying to use that DI unit with the US2 messed things up or not but I can't get my 787 to read off the US2 either. The boat was new to me when I added the 859 DI to the bow. I'm going to be stuck dealing with TM ducer cable on my power drive now...or until I upgrade to a terrova.

Did you check the "Connected Transducer" setting under the Sonar tab? If you use it with the built-in transducer (Terrova or PowerDrive V2), try setting it to "Universal Sonar 2".
