Location: Lake Elmo, MN | I had this series a number of years ago and had issues as well.
Main issues that seemed to get everyone were:
1) Improper voltages causing units to lock up periodically especially if starting battery is too small and gets dragged down by accessories running.
2) Improper firmware installed....and not keeping up with updates.
I had a unit that would literally work every OTHER day. Really....it would work Monday but not Tuesday...then again it would work Wednesday and not Thursday. It was nuts.
Best of luck but it sounds like you may be needing a new unit or two. |
