| I'd get to a Ranger or Lund Dealer. They should have, or can get the parts to do this. I've seen many done for permanent connection by the dealers. Pretty sure they used heim ends, and threaded rod. Probably 5/16" thread size?
Found this P/N HO6010 from Teleflex. This is what I've seen. You can get the cylindar adaptor, and the ProKicker mount from my parts list, and do the heim ends and threaded rod yourself. Or spend the bucks and buy this kit.
