I messed around with it at Cabelas this weekend. I think when side imaging is on full screen mode, it is large enough to be helpful. Tried to buy one but they were sold out in both Twin Cities stores, so I'll be ordering online instead.

In fact, all the Helix models that have GPS were sold out. Hottest thing on the shelves, they said.
