Location: Syracuse, Indiana		Check your manufacturer's warranty. Twenty or so years ago I purchased a new boat and outboard. The ob's warranty language specifically stated use of a transom saver would void the engine's warranty. That said, for my current ride, I have transom savers for both the main and kicker ob's.
