| If anybody on this site has a Lund 17 footer with a Mercury 115 hp 4 stroke, can you tell me what size diameter and pitch prop you are running and what kind of wide open throttle rpm and max speed you can get.
I just bought a 2002 Lund Angler SS 1700 with a Mercury 115 4 stroke. the prop was stolen over the winter so I started with a Propco stainless steel 13.25 x 17p. I have no hole shot, WOT was 4000 at 29 mph. I then put on a aluminum 13.25 x 17p and got a fair whole shot, 5000 rpm at 34 mph. I believe max rpm is 6000. I know this boat has more than that. Any advice. Thanks guys. | |
