Location: MN		Well, my release bracket is bolted thru the fiberglass on the bow and nutted on the underside. There are at least 4 bolts if i recall. Then the Terrova itself slides into the bracket and I have it padlocked to the bracket. Mine is not coming off from hitting a log. I question the setup in the situation you mention.
