Location: Scandia MN		I have a 15 ft. Carolina Skiff with a 25 HP Honda I use on small rivers. Boat will plane OK with just me in it but will not with a second passenger. I know the only difference between this motor and the 30 HP are the carbs. Does anyone know if the carbs are different or do the just put a restrictor plate somewhere in the mix? If it is new carbs I'll be needing would the extra 5 HP do the trick? This boat is rated for 40 HP and I would happily trade up to a 40 if I could find a dealer willing to take my 25 in the bargain. Anybody out there know of a place that might do that?
