| I have a 681C, just a updated layout of your hull. I love the boat, it is an excellent fishing boat for the guy who casts more than trolls (the boat stills trolls fine, but the lay out lends better to casting). For the samller lakes i fish I couldnt ask for much more. I found for its size the hull handles wave very well, the ride is pretty dry all with in reason for a 17' boat.
Wax it once a year or so is about all i have done to maintain the hull. I put in new carpet this summer and she looks great.
I have a 115 johnson on mine and i was almost but not quite at 45mph. You will love that boat | |
