Probably to late to post but: I just replaced the my bunks and it took me about 20 to 30 minutes. I ordered new brackets, hardware, and carpet from Ranger. The I bought weather treated 2x6's from home depot. I pre made all new bunks and it took me about 20-30 min to replace them all at the boat landing. I sank the bracket bolts in the 2x6's about 1/8 to 1/4 inch and then carpeted over them. It seemed easier for me to build all new bunks since I had to replace my rusted out brackets anyway. So I built them at home and put them on at the launch. Really took less time than I thought.
