Location: Germantown,wi		Have part of it apart and checking as i go. One thing that caught my eye is an oring on manual release valve. Is stepped with 3 different orings. The smallest one is very hard and not pliable. Other 2 are soft and pliable. Not sure if this could be the cause or not.
