Location: Watersmeet, Michigan		316 stainless is pretty strong stuff. Suggest you get to your dealer asap and get a shear pin. Made of much softer steel, a shear pin is meant to be the "weak link in the chain," in order to protect the transmission, shaft and prop against damage.
