I dont own one personally, but one of my buddies has one (186 walkthru windshield). Its a nice boat. I have fished in it quite a few times and it does fish nice. Handles rough water well IMO. It doesnt appear to be a very "fast" boat, but that may not matter to you. When I say that, he has a 200HP Yammy compared to my 150HP suzuki (on an Alumacraft tournament sport 18'11") and he only gets 2MPH more than me on top end. I crush him out of the hole, but he gets me on the big end. Not a huge deal I know. It wouldnt sway me from buying one!!
There is lots of nice storage, cooler, livewell of decent size. Not sure if they all have it or not, but his has the snap out carpet which is very nice for cleaning.
I believe they were bought out by Triton??? I think the model is still sold today, could be wrong though. It is a nicely designed boat from what I can tell. Probably get more for your money than getting a Ranger.
