Similar problem with my 75HP Opti. 4 intermittent beeps every 2 minutes, but I had also been getting a constant beep every now and again before that, usually occurring under full power. Motor otherwise ran like a top. As mentioned above, the problem was defective float/sensor in the oil reservoir. Apparently, it isn't repairable outside of replacing the entire oil tank.


Did you have the sensor disabled then?


No, I'm having them replace the oil tank. (Motor is currently in the shop).
