My 60 was doing the same thing because it was over heating. Make sure the impeller is in good shape. I was still seeing water out of the pee hole but it wasnt enough at slow speeds. 35 in parts 30 minutes of install and been on the water for 30hrs or more now and its been great. Other thing would be the oil sensor as mentioned
