If this happens when you start the main motor, then I'd look at the battery.

If this is a random, intermittent thing, then it could be the fuse and holder you are using. If that main switch has an inline fuse holder, that could be you issue. I stopped using inline fuse holders many years ago, and switch to the automotive blade style. See the picture below. These can be purchased at West Marine and Fleet Farm stores, and most automotive stores.
