Check all terminations. It may be time for a new switch, switches do wear out. The contacts become pitted and the contact arm springs weaken. Its likely the switch, even though it apears to have power. It only takes a quick power glitch to shut down most modern power electronics in your boat, e.g. its happens to fast and you typically can't even see it if the switch has a power on LED......
