Subject: Ranger Coolhubs leak

Hello MuskieFirst. I need some advice on my Coolhubs on my Ranger trailer. My fishing partner noticed some excessive oil residue on one of my hubs last night, so I am looking to replace the Coolhub oil with some new synthetic hub oil this week. Season is quickly approaching in MN as you may know.
My question is...will just replacing the oil stop the oil leak? Or should I also look into replacing some bearing seals.
Watching some how-to vids, they don't mention any seals that I might replace although one video advise this would take care of a leaking problem.
Thanks,
Teddy B
