Marine carpet is extremely resistant to fading/discoloring. Bleach will not even take the color out. Bleach is not recommended for cleaning though(could break down the latex that holds the carpet together). I would order a product called milgo. You spray it on let it sit then steam clean the carpet with a rug doctor or similar machine. Or you could spray it on and pressure wash it out.
