Subject: What's Causing This Leak in Steering?





Location: SE Wisconsin		I'm not a mechanically-minded individual, so hopefully someone can tell me if this is a rotted seal that's allowing oil to leak onto the stainless steel piston rod thingy...

What's your opinion here?
