Hi Donnie,
Hope all is well with you been a few years since Ive seen you.
Yes I ran one for a few days when I went from a Esox Magnum to a bigger Tuffy in 2007. I was chossing between the 2060 and the 1890
I ended up getting a 1890 GT liked it so much I got another one and will sell this one at end of year and get another one.
At first I didn't get the 2060 because it wouldn't fit in my garage, but after fishing the 1890 for my needs I don't need the 2060, I never take my boat away from here.
If I was going to fish St Clair with my own boat or some bigger lakes I would think about getting the 2060. I built a bigger garage so I have the room now but love my 1890GT best rig I have fished out of for sure. Have had it in big waves no problem, has tons of dry storage, rod locker fits 9' rods on the top row. I have fished 4 out of my boat many times. Lots of room for gear, net tackle boxes and so on.
If you have any other questions give me a call.
Good luck,
Jeff Hanson
