I have a Recon 985 sc with a 200 Etec HO. I looked at the MX 1825 also. All great boats, it is what matches your fishing style. The Recon I felt was the best musky boat on the market and I have been very happy with it. John, owner of Recon, is great to work with and I have had my boat to him for a couple of personal modifications and has always been excellent to work with. You are comparing great rigs so good luck with your choice.
