Location: North Central PA		I think if you saw caramel colored oil leaking from a screw it wasn't tight to start with. Oil doesn't usually drain from those places unless the screw isn't seated tight or the washer is missing. A very small air leak will pull water in when the unit cools fast this time of year causing a vacuum.
