I would be very cautious of using the Alumatrac or any other manufacturer's track system for muskie rod holders. From what I've seen they generally are meant for lighter duty applications than muskie fishing. If it were me, I would go with a holder that is a direct or rail mount and can handle the shock a violent muskie strike can cause. You don't want to lose a $400+ combo and be left with a broken rod holder.
